Most orders will be delivered within 2-3 days. In some cases it can take up to 5 business days depending on your location in the UK.

We offer free express shipping on orders over £40 to England, Scotland, and Wales. Orders under £40 will have a £5.99 shipping fee. For Northern Ireland, free shipping applies over £40, with orders under £40 having a £7.99 shipping fee.

Yes! Once your order has shipped you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number and we'll look into it right away.

Every VITHIT contains up to 8 vitamins. You can find out exactly what's in your favourite drink on our individual product pages. 

Not much! Every VITHIT has less than 7g of sugar per bottle, some of our drinks are even sugar free.

VITHIT contains a small amount of natural caffeine from the tea leaves used in some flavours. VITHIT Boost contains 0mg of caffeine as Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine-free.

• VITHIT Sparkling comes in cans with a light fizz. 
• VITHIT Effervescents are multivitamin powder sachets you dissolve into cold water, great for on-the-go hydration.

Simply drop one sachet into 400ml of cold water, let it fizz and dissolve, then drink. Each sachet delivers vitamins, electrolytes, and natural fruity flavour.

Yes! VITHIT drinks are 100% vegan and vegetarian friendly. No animal-derived ingredients, just fruity goodness, vitamins, water and functional tea extracts.

Our VITHIT Effervescents are vegetarian friendly, but aren’t suitable for vegans.

Yes, all VITHIT drinks are gluten-free.

Yes. We use colours from natural sources, like purple potato and chlorophyll from leaves, to give our drinks their bold, fruity look. No artificial colours over here.

Yes, our bottles are recyclable and made using recycled plastic. Our Sparkling range uses aluminium cans. 

As VITHIT is a perishable food product, we're unable to accept returns unless the product you received is defective. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll sort it.

We're sorry to hear that - please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund within 14 days.
