Aisling Kinsella – Head of International Markets

As the Head of International Markets at VitHit, I’m proud to celebrate International Women’s Day by reflecting on my journey within this incredible company. I first joined VitHit in 2012 as a Business Developer, back when we were just a team of four. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the company, helping to expand our international reach while working my way up to my current role. Seeing the evolution of both VitHit and the inspiring women within our team has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. On this International Women’s Day, I want to celebrate the power of resilience, ambition, and collaboration. Here’s to the amazing women in business, in leadership, and in every role that shapes the future! 

Angel Sonn – UK Supply Chain Executive

This has been one of my favourite quotes growing up and I have held it so close to my heart with everything I do. Working at VitHit UK as a part of the supply chain team means working alongside some dynamite women who always do their best to support one another and chart a journey for everyone's growth. I feel so thankful to be able to work in an organization that allows me to unlock my true potential every single day. I hope that I can continue to do the same for every woman around me throughout the course of my career!

Isobel Jones – Operations Manager

As Operations Manager at VITHIT, I’m dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of our day-to-day operations, supporting our brand's growth, and driving key initiatives. From streamlining processes to facilitating product launches and international expansion, my role is centred around enabling the fast-paced growth of the brand.

A key part of my role is leading VITHIT’s sustainability strategy. I began by calculating our 2023 baseline emissions, laying the foundation for our commitment to reducing our environmental impact. Since then, I’ve developed and implemented initiatives to improve our sustainability practices. By focusing on measurable change, we ensure that VITHIT continues to grow responsibly while minimising our carbon footprint.

An aspect of my job that I love is bringing exciting innovations to market through new product development (NPD). A recent highlight has been the successful launch of our NEW Immunitea, Lean & Green, and Detox 4x500ml multipacks, now available across Ireland. Seeing a product reach the shelves is an incredibly proud moment!

Katherine Dalton – Financial Controller

Each day at VIT HIT, I am privileged to work alongside women who are so capable in their roles, proud of their work and supportive of their colleagues. As a mum, I value the strength of the VIT HIT brand and its ubiquitous presence in Irish retail. For my children, every VIT HIT spotting offers tangible reason for my work and evokes pride.

Suzanne MacMahon – Head of Supply Chain

As Head of Supply Chain at VITHIT, I'm proud to say that if you see our drinks on the shelves of your local shop, I played a role in getting them there! Before joining the VITHIT team, I studied Food Science at UCD and gained valuable experience working in one of Ireland's largest retail chains.

Outside of my work managing production and stock levels, you’ll usually find me out walking my dog, Fern, working on my 1-2 punch at the gym, or enjoying live music at the latest concert.
